Chef McKensie Maynard

Chef McKensie Maynard is an East Texas Native hailing from Chapel Hill outside of Tyler. He graduated from the Art Institute of Dallas in 2007 with a degree in Culinary Arts. He served for nine years under the watchful eyes of Swiss Chef Chris Vogeli and "second Mother" Connie Trujillo at Dallas' famed III Forks Steakhouse developing their Texas French cuisine
